We generally require the following to apply for your permits:

Copy of the registration certificate (truck and trailer)
Copy of the COC (truck and trailer)
Origin and destination address
Transport dimensions (+ information on axle arrangement)

Your long-term permits will be saved and managed in our database. About 6 weeks before the validity expires we will send you a reminder regarding (potential) renewal.
